I want to add a better seat belt system to my 80 but I'm not exactly sure what to put in or of I could even put something better in without cutting up the interior. I think maybe a 4 point harness so that there isn't a belt in between my legs like on the five point. Anybody have any experiences with doing this or any manufactor's that offer good products that won't cost an arm and a leg. Any pictures would be good too. Thanks

We can modify our harness bars kit to you liking. We currently offer a 4 pt set up for the Shark Bar 1(74 thru 77). We can do the same for the Shark Bar 2(78-82). e-mail me for more info.

I sell them but it's all made by vettedan so you can talk to either of us but Dan would be your best bet for technical details.

A word about 4-point belts, I didn't install my crotch strap for a while and the belts just didn't seem to fit right, they kept moving up too high. Now that I have the crotch strap on it feels right....and you won't slide into the floor. This setup really holds you in place, Dan did a fantastic job on these.
