Seat frames...

I have a '78 and the frames on the seats are damaged. The leather is still in good shape. I have come across a guy who has a 'vette with a smashed up front end. He is willing to sell me the seats from it. I only wants the frames. Since I can't find any anywhere, what would you think is a good price to offer him?
