Seat help !!!

Been fighting with the new seat cushions for about an hour ...I just raised the white flag ...Anybody have a method to installing the mounted seat cushions in the shell ???? The old ones sure came out e-z

The lower cushion's aren't a big problem but the upper cushions are!
I do'nt even remember for how long I've been bussy with them but its very very long. If I remember correctly I used a screwdriver to get to the hooks behind the cushions. First the inner, upper and lower and then the outer upper and lower. I think. But it's something I don't want to do every year!
