Seat lumber air pumps don't work

Hi,

The air pumps for the lumbar support on both my seats don't appear to work. They just click when I press the switch. Anyone know a good fix for this problem short of buying GM replacements?

I posted a similar question a few months back. My pumps stopped working the week after I bought the car. Then, a week or two later, I pushed the buttons and they worked. Then about a month later they stopped working again. Then a couple of weeks later I tried and they worked again.

I have no idea what is causing it to be so hit-and-miss but they're working (as of yesterday) so I'll keep playing this game for awhile.

Just weird.

Had the same problem. I suspect it is/was dirty switch contacts. I use them every time I get in the car now, for a couple of seconds, & that seems to have cleared the problem.
