Just 4 bolts, and wire connectors under the seat. Be careful with the wire connectors under the seat, as they are a little flimsy, just go slow and you will be fine. Good luck with it.

I would also remove the targa top of your coupe before starting. Makes it easier to lift the seat out of the cockpit without dragging it across the foot sill. I had to have some warranty work done on the lumbar workings of the passenger side seat in my '04 convertible; and rather than opening the top and making it easier on themselves, the shop genius that the dealer had doing the job decided to force the seat in and out of the interior, dragging it across the painted foot sill. Needless to say, I wasn't very pleased. But to their credit, the dealer repaired the paint and replaced the black plastic trim piece, no charge to me.
