Seat Switch?

Will the seats from a slightly newer C3 ('79-'82) fit my '78 without extensive modifications? Is the bolt pattern the same? I am 6'4", how about height? Thanks for the help!

mr gib, there are a few other threads ,based on seat changes. in short. the later seats do fit quite easily. however they do sit a little taller(not much tho)..

also look at C-4 & C-5 seats. they also require very litlle to install
