Hello Everybody,
I own 1 1984 4+3. It has it's original seats. I am thinking of changing the seats. I would like to know a couple of things.
1) what year seats bolt directly in to my car i.e. 1984 thru ????
2) Corvette sport seats. Are they a good investment. Are they comfortable. Can I change the color or a seat with dye. Example there are a pair of saddle seats on ebay. My car came with gray seats. Could I make them gray or do I have to go to black. and will the black stay.
3) I see C4 seats mounted on foam. Does that mean all I have to do is take my seats out. Take them off the suspension and then install the new seats on the frames.
4) Aftermarket, any body have suggestions with respect to good value aftermarket seats.
5) High performance seating. I did a little HP driving course and may do it again. Besides without an air bag HP seats maybe a good idea.
Well thank you all. I know I have written to the right place. I am looking forward to your answers.
Best regards,
Joe
