Due to unforseen events I may sell My '60.

I'm looking for a price range to ask for (ball park). It needs paint, most body work is done. Runs great, has low mi. zz3 engine w/ fact auto trans. Has turbo 350 in it but I have the orig power glide w/ hardware. Otherwise all orig.
It's all there and drives just needs paint and re-assembly.

Was thinking of finishing it then selling but I don't think I'll make much more money after all is said and done, besides it will hurt more selling it when it's finished.

It's killing me that it's come to this. I've owned it 14 years.

Just looking for a rough estimate of it's worth.
Any input would be appreciated.

Do a quick search of ebay and there is normally alot of project cars in all kids of condition for sale.

I cant guess a price but other might be able to. I have seen them sell for 15,000 for a basket case all the way up to 30,000 for an original motor and trans car needing a full restoration.

Is you car driveable? THe problem with trying to finish it, is that with the prices project car are selling for it probably does make sence to sell it as a project as a paint job could cost you as much as 10,000

Good luck with your sale

I'm currently looking for a C1 (can be a basket case), that I will restore for my mom and dad. If you are serious about selling, let me know the details jay@c3-r.com

Definately not a basket case.
Drivable, just needs paint and chrome/stainless put back on. Frame is straight and no rot. Just replaced wiper transmission and cables and new heater core.
Slowly been putting it back together.
Basically just ready for paint now.
Front bumpers, grill and door posts need re chroming, no rust just pitted.
Only have the soft top which needs new vinyl.
Seats were recovered along w/ dash pad not too long ago.
Has orig. trunk mat and even orig rebound straps that go around the differential.
Could use weather stripping in various spots.
Drives solid w/ few rattles, I think it being an automatic saved it from a hard life.
