Hey, everybody,
I need to be educated, again.
The starters i am shopping for list different numbers of teeth on a flywheel for a particular starter.

How can i find out how many teeth are on my flywheel?

Well if the stock engine and tranny are in there, you can be pretty darn sure you have 168 teeth on your flywheel/ flex plate. I'm having trouble with mine on my '79 TH350, so I've been doing some research of my own.

168 is the correct tooth count for car.
