I recently lowered the front of my '00 vert using the adjustment bolts on the front leaf. Soon after lowering my car I noticed that the front shocks (I'm guessing that is where it's coming from) started to squeak when the front end moves up or down when driving. Could lowering the car cause the shocks to find an early grave?

HI there,
Lowering should not have caused your issue.
You might want to try and lubricate your front sway bars with some silicone spray to see if the noise goes away.
Chances are, it will.
