This is the kit or rather the parts I ordered. I needed something to start with.
I modified the arms quit a bit to fit my application
I cut about 10 inches off the length of the arms and then cut just in front of the spline and rewelded to give me a ¾ inch offset. I have 100% penetration but I am not worried about the strength. I then drill a 5/8th hole in the end and taped it for a 5/8th bolt to attach the rod end. To further lighten the arm I drilled it full of ¾ inch holes. I will have them powder coated next week.
I also dropped the bar down ¾ inch with aluminum spacer blocks.
This shows the offset I put into the arm
The offset was required to clear the brake caliper on full lock turns. I hope to powdercoat the arms Monday and put the sway bar on for the final time.
I hope with the rigid pillow blocks it is not too harsh.
