Side Pipes

Has anyone, or is it possible to put side pipes on a C5. My 1969 Vert had them and I'd bet they would look sharp on a C5 also. Just wondering

There was a post several months ago on the subject. Don't remember the exact reasons, but the car is too low for a route the pipe would need to take.

It isn't that it is too low, rather it is the body is pinched in the middle and it would require massive lower fender and rocker panel modifications to get it to fit. I did a mock-up with carboard and I didn't like it.
