Does anyone make a gage mounting pod for the windshield pillar of a C3 (1981)? Could really use a good place to mount my trans temp.

No one makes a pod that is designed for the C3. I tried using a regular gage pod and was not happy with the way that it stuck out due to the depth of the pod. The final resting place for my fuel pressure and fuel/air mixture gages was directly to the left of the console at the bottom of the dash. It looks like they would be in the way but I have not found that to be the case. Another place that you might want to look at if you're not a smoker is mounting it in the ash tray door.
