Sidepipes are on, Fire-up party this week

Well today is the first time my Vette has seen sunshine in about two years, kinda lost my enthusiasim for it a while back but decided to drag it out and dust it down and see if the whine of the PJ geardrive and the thunder from the sidepipes can get me going again.

They look beautiful! They compliment your wheels and your hood scoop very well. So did they work as planned, or are you resisting the temptation to drive her?

I just took out my hooker mufflers yesterday. my ears havn't hurt so bad in a while! I thought I had a pretty unique look even amongst vette owners. I guess now I'll have to go through with my plans to powdercoat my headers/pipes/scoop, Black. I like your look though =)

Well in typical British fashion after 3 days of beautifull sunshine I get up this morning ready to go and it is raining !!!!! guess I will wait and see for the weekend, after a couple of years another couple of days won't make any difference. I have the beer in and the boys from my local bar are on call !!!!

Hey Ken, knowing my luck I will get it going and they will send me off to LA again for the summer

Fire in the Hole !!!!!!

Eventually got round to getting it going today, even after a two year lay off and a new cam in it fired straight up as soon as it got a sniff of super unleaded.



Sounded awesome, it will be interesting to see how it does with the new Comp Cam compaired to the old Edelbrock RPM cam. I will try and get a video clip up tomorrow.

Hey Ken to be honest I wouldn't mind another summer in sunny So Cal, hot rod heaven and then there was the girls maybe the next time if I was going to be there for a couple of months again I would think about buying a cheap C3 then selling it on before I left.
