bigger injectors
I would bet your ECM is bottomed out in its capability to take fuel out. the pulses are of a certain length, which the ECM adjusts based upon the fuel tables programmed in. It has limited authority to adjust given the inputs from the sensors.
Injectors are chosen, based on the expected horsepower output of the engine, which can only burn so much fuel. Larger is not better unless the engine needs the fuel.
The cheap, quicke 'fix' may be to reduce your fuel pressure, but understand that it may adversely affect spray patterns. Also, the adjustment is for maximum pressure, which is modified by the vacuum input. Tuners have their own techniques for this. Some claim better spray patterns with 'smaller' injectors and higher fuel pressure. Others prefer near-stock pressure with 'larger' injectors.
The right answer is correctly sized injectors and/or a custom chip. Knowing what a PITA the super ram is to install, I would not be eager to change the sprayers, but the result you have sounds not too satisfying either, after all that time and money.
