Ive been having trouble with my car for a year now. After it runs for an hour then sits for awhile, longer the 30 minutes but less then a couple hours, it stumbles when you go to re start. Last time it did acted up I let it stumble till it died and it acted like it just ran out of fuel. I cranked it so see if the injectors were pulsing and they were then cranked on it for about 15 seconds then I heard a loud "SNAP" and it fired up. I just bought a fuel press regulator and it hasnt acted up since but it is reading 32lbs when its running but will bleed down to nothing after it sits for a few hours. Does anyone have any idea what the "SNAP" could have been? Im think it might lead me to the cause.
