OK, so it's time for a new battery for my 95'. My Corvette is stored for the winter and won't see the road here until late March. Should I just replace with an AcDelco? What are your favorites and why? Thanks for your responses in advance.

I just buy the WalMart battry for mine. $39 to $59 with a three year full replacement (and no questions asked) warranty. Hard to beat.

Ditto To Tom

I Looked at the Optimas and just couldnt justify the cost..
Get the yellow top at Walmart and be happy with the coin you save!

(and that they take anything back)

Do a search here on the CAC for Battery.
Someone posted the step by step on battery replacement down to what Torx, openend, etc wrenches you need.
Saves time going back to the tool box for the next size up or down.

Good luck

Ditto again for Walmart. Have had no problems and I could buy almost 2 of their batteries for the price of one Delco, Interstate, or other big name brand.
Of course, I'm not driving a classic, collectable, or show car which would certainly make a difference in the brand of battery I would install.
I think the most important thing in longevity is proper maintance such as clean terminals and proper electrolyte level as well as proper charging during storage.
