solid roof panels

Does anybody know if a solid roof panel from a 1989 will fit a 1986 Coupe?
Ary any modifications needed, or will it just drop in when my clear panel is removed???

It won't just "drop in" I'm afraid; I believe the mounting bolts on the front are spaced differently.

Mid-America has a kit to allow the later roof to fit on an earlier and vice-cersa.....
