Solid State Voltage Regulator

Noticed that my 'charge' guage is reading a charge all the time which is unlike the indication I have had for the last two years. Never goes back to zero until I shut it off. Suspect the old mechanical voltage regulator and was wondering if any of you have the part number/source for the direct replacement solid state one.

Don't know the number offhand, but Wells makes it - AutoZone has them.
