Spare Knock-Off Wheel - Gold Line Tire

I'm in search of one Corvette Knock-Off wheel to use for a spare tire on a '66.
It doesn't have to be an "KH" original, a repro would be fine. I'm also looking for one Gold Line tire. (Spare tire) DOT or Non-DOT. (7.75 x 15)
