My 73/454 has the shielded spark plug wires and they're stamped AC-DELCO PACKARD T.V.R which the NCRS JG says they should be. Mine don't bolt to the valve covers but rather have clips that slide onto the heat shields around the spark plug. Are these original due to availability?????

TIA
"Jeff"

Those wires are for 1965-66 big-blocks; 1966 was the last year for the spark plug heat shields on big-blocks. The wires changed in 1967 to the ones with ring terminals on the ends that went under the valve cover bolts.
