spark plugs for edelbrock Heads pregapped?

Hi, I put a set of Edelbrock heads on my vette and they call for RC-12YC Champion spark plugs. Are these plugs pre gapped? If not what what should they be gapped to.

Never install new plugs without verifying the gap - .035"-.040" will work fine.

Isn't .045 the correct gap? I just installed Edel. heads with same recommended plugs and gapped at .045. Just using factory specs. on a 82.
