Speedometer

In 1981, Chevy put in a speedometer that reads to only 85mph.
Does anyone reface these? If so, how hard is this, and what does it cost? If I send it somewhere, how long would that take?
Is there a aftermarket digital speedo I can install myself, or should I just leave it be. I know I should try to stay original,
but I just can't stand to look at this stupid thing anymore.

Ecklers will reface and recalibrate your speedo for around a hundred bucks. I believe that they bump it up to 160 mph.
