Spinner Emblem question

Hey, today i was lookin at my 1980's spinners and noticed that the emblem flags were backwards, but when i looked them up in my magazine, they were right. I was just wondering if anyone that owns a 80 vette and has spinners with the flag emblems knows if it was just a mis print and i have unique emblems or what? Thanks
