ssnake oyl single retractor

I've seen a lot of talk about ssnake oyl seat belt restoration. However, they have new seat belts on the site also. They appear to be single retractor. I'm assuming the retractor fits where the oem one does behind the seat and then the end of the web connects under the seat where the old oem retractor used to be? Has anybody every used these? Here's a link if anybody has any info.
