still slipping

On closer inspection the window when the switch is pushed, right after it starts to move goes down real fast and some times doesn't go all the way back up the spring and ass. look to be new any Ideas?:confused

Could it be a switch problem? I just put new ones in my'82 for $19.00/switch from Mid America. They initially started getting so that when you just barely touched them they activated.Then they failed completely.
