i bought one for a miata and it is a rheostat that fools the air flow sensor and tells it that its cold or hot whatever you want..also the service engine lite remained on until i reset after removal of said device..
however
under the right circumstances it was faster that stock...you could turn it from hot to cold and tell a big difference even at idle..
you could also get that fresh cold start gas smell for days if you wanted to..lol
for miata spec racing...no help..or not enough help
