Stripping rims...

I started this process long ago after I purchased the rims off of rrubel, a while ago. What I didn't do is get all the aircraft remover off. I even used our powerwasher, and I could still not get it all off. What are my options to get all this stripper off, with the least amount of scratching to the rims?

Try laying a piece of paper towel over the area and soak it with acetone.
