Unfortunately my oldtimers is kicking in.
I'm in the process of putting all the inside trim back in around the windshield. The drivers side visor next to the mirror has a stud sticking out where I would think a screw would go. I took it apart a few months ago and C.R.S.
Seems to me Barry K or someone had this question a year or so ago but couldn't find it in a search.
What hold the drivers side visor in place on the side next to the rear view mirror?

Thanks, Mark

Mark,

Just as on the passenger side, the visor (in my '67 anyway) is held up by a trim screw through the chrome arm (coming out of the visor) and into the inside window trim piece.

Does anyone know what the story with the stud is or is my car just screwed up?
Someone suggested that it is a bolt that held the visor and that the head just broke off.
I still remember someone posting the same problem quite awhile ago and I don't remember the answer.:confused
