Super T-10 rebuild?

Since I have the Super T-10 out of the car , I would like to go ahead give it a rebuild. I would like to do it myself but I cannot find any good docs or videos to use as a reference. I checked out 5 speeds.com and my GM shop manual but they don't offer much in the way of rebuild information. Does anyone have some information or advice that they can lend so that it can be a do-it yourself job?

Rebuilding a ST-10 is very similar to the Munice. The 5 speed video will help you get through it. I've used their kits and they are very good. I was out in a vette tonight that I rebuild the ST-10 2 years ago and it shifts fine.

Go to the library and get a "Motor" Auto Repair Manual that covers the year of the vehicle. Very good rebuild diagrams and instructions.

Have you disassembled the tranny yet? You need to inspect the parts before you order anything. Paul at 5speeds.com have a very good basic overhaul kit.
