Found some old letters & pics sent to me from Callaway Cars when I was looking at the Supernaturals back in 92

On the second page the letter says something like "through our Callaway/Mid America catalog".... was there a direct association of Callaway Cars and Mid America? The way it is worded it's as if the two companies were partnered at one time?

Yes I recall Callaway/MAD having a pretty close relationship back in the early 90's. You could order a set of Callaway golf clubs from MAD and get a free b2k Speedster....cost of the clubs? $175k
