Supplemental injector info...help

Does anyone know the flow rate/impedance of the supplemental injectors? Wayne is trying to find the info for me. The injectors were discontinued. He did tell me they "flow like a garden hose" Callaway was recently flow testing one and couldn't complete the 30 sec test b/c it had already filled the vial. :eek

So when ever I get the info back Mike is going to get as close to the original flow rate as possible with whatever injector we find.

Don't hold me to it, it's been a while but think they are rated at

Actually, I was going to say 78lbs. That's what I recall from a conversation with Mike Zoner a couple of years ago. Although, my memory could be a little off. I'd say they are at least 70lb. like Sam suggested.

that is freakin phenomenal!!! I had no idea these bad boys used some much fuel....no wonder Im going broke buying gas :L :L :L

That explains why the gas gauge lines disappear from the display when the turbos kick in.....



78 lbs each, total of 156 lbs added to the existing 8 injectors. Anybody know what those "stock" ones are rated?

No wonder why the fuel pump was changed.....

It takes a certain amount of gas to produce a certain amount of power. The 8 injectors are the same as stock, about 22lbs.
Fuel pressure and pulse time also plays an important role, although it's not recommended to push the factory injectors past 80% duty cycle.
