I figured out what all the noise was in the front end. The driver's side transverse rubber bushing was shot and squirming all over the place.
I removed both bushings and added the Mid America lowering wedges. WOW... I couldn't even get the floor jack back out!!! I had to use another jack to lift the Vette off the floor jack.
My question is: since I lowered the front, do I HAVE to lower the rear also?? In the kit, Mid America gave me the 2 longer bolts to lower the rear suspension, but I really like the look of the front low to the ground and the back a little higher.
It has a real wedge look to it.
I just don't want to have handling problems due to the lowered front but not rear.
