Tach Gauge Swap

Hi all,

I've switched my old points distributor over to an HEI in my 74. However, it no longer has the mechanical device to run the rpm gauge. I was wondering if a gauge out of a 75-82 would work in a 74. I know they switched over to electronic in 75. Thanks

Use a 75-77 tach. 78 and up are different due to the dash change.

If you're interested I'm parting out a L82 75 now and have the dash with L82 tach,worked fine in the car,speedo and odometer too.

I'm actually very interested. I need a few gauges. My tach doesn't work, my oil pressure gauge, amp gauge and clock. How much would you be asking for each or all of the parts?
