Targa top question

I am currently trying to sell my 1991 C4. It is a targa top car and only has one the glass roof, not a painted one. Did Corvettes come with both tops when sold new or just one? Any ideas where to find one for less than a thousand bucks? Thanks for the feedback

Depended on how it was ordered!! You could get it with a Glass Top,Solid Top, or with Both!! You need a Top for 90-96!!I just bought a New (Blue Tint) one for a Insurance Job in the shop!! Thousand $ didn't quite touch it my cost!

If your car came originally with both roofs, the RPO list should show "C2L" on it. If it came with just the glass roof, it would have 24S or 64S and no C2L on the RPO list.

Sometimes you can find spares roof listed here or you can check some of the recycling places. If you buy a new roof, it will have to be fitted to your car as the mounting blocks are adjustable to allow it to fit any C4.
