I would like to know if someone has knowledge of what is happening in the PCM when the brake pedal is pressed and the TCC is turned off?
When I want to gain just a little speed I tap the brake pedal to turn off the TCC and then speed up from there, otherwise I have to press down on the accelerator to much and it turns it off along with downshifting when I was not planning to accel that fast. I thought of putting a micro switch on the park brake lever and when I lift it one click it will disengage the TCC until I release the lever. If that changes the timing or ?? would that be a bad thing to do?
Would that be part of a hyper chip program changing the on/off point maybe?
