I have a buddy who is in the process of installing a late model EFI engine in his 63 Grand Sport replica, and is having issues with the engine mounts, and the water pump exit's for the radiator, and heater hoses.

Does anybody now of any quick fix, or numbers of any parts that might be available to help out with his installation. It look's to me as if it is 6 liter LQ9 from a late model chevy pickup, but from some of the photos I have been going over in the GMPP catalog, the placement, and physical size of the varoius components look the same as most of the LS series engines.

A big thank you, to anyone who takes the time to address my concerns.

I'll try to look in some of my street rod mags, I think the LS series has different mounts then the earlier engines. I have seen mount kits somewhere.
but can't remember where; I know from my conversions to TPI when you go to a serpentine system (GM not aftermarket) you need a radiator that has a bung for the heater hose as there is no bung on the water pump.

try these guys they do a lot of late model stuff.

here is a shot of my YT that shows the heater hose routing
