Help! th400 tranny filter hangs loose?

Changed the filter. Does the filter hang loose after I tightened the bolt in the oblong hole? Or did I lose a washer or spacer? Thanks Ralpg

You DID NOT lose anything. that's how it is. Snug up the bolt and the filter just sort of floats.
