That big monster sure fills up the engine bay, don't it?

Looking good!!!

Might want to change that rag joint, just in case you happen to go over the speed limit:D .

Well looks like we are going to drop every thing down about 3/4" to 1". I think this will cure most of the problems. I'm pretty sure the A/C would be in the way, we pulled it before we even started. The plan is to keep the heater and defroster though.

Yes I think a new rag joint along with a lot of other stuff is in order before we hammer down with the 572.

Thinking about changing out the intake? Performer RPM with the Demon, Barry Grant Six Shooter ($2,400.00 Ouch) or the Edelbrock 2 x 4 Performer (about $1,000.00) setup? It never dawned on me that the intake was that high. I have the after market L-88 style hood, 4" I think. My old SBC with the Edelbrock 2 x 4 crossram intake fit fine!

Thinking!

Oh yeah Baby!!!! I love that BG six shooter set up too.....But the $2,400 bucks is a definite deterrent for me ,but it would be nice for sure.....maybe I could use an angle like "It's only running on a 2 barrel so its safer and uses less gas" to convince my wife that I really need it....;LOL

Webers?

A set of these would be nice?
