Question: Third brake light

Did any 1985 Corvettes come with a third brake light?

86 was the first year for them on coupes and then new convertibles. At least to the best of my knowledge.

What about a high mounted stop light. There is one on my 85 and it looks factory?

Hi Mikel,
My '88 has it and, to my knowledge that was the only year. People have been known to break the rear glass and, replace it with whatever came up at the breakers. That happened to the PO of mine and, it was replaced with one that was not drilled for the wires, so I have a rear brake light that doesn't work.......Roger.

Thanks guys. The only thing throwing me off is this one works and the hook up looks factory.
