Trying to find a replacement third tail light cover.
Mine has a small crack in it, probably due to a prev. owner leaning on the rear while pumping gas.
Don't see it on ebay, dont see one in Ecklers or Mid America.

Really dont want to cover it up with the vinyl CORVETTE black out either.

Any ideas what one will set me back and whether the local dealerships carry such a part?

Thanks
Rain

Think just the lights for a Blaxer was like $100. Bunch little bubls wired in series. It is like fifteen inches long and goes at top of the door.

Nuttin cheap anymore. Not like days of old and the 39 cent tailight.

Yea, I guess thats it.
Do I have to replace the entire lamp housing or just the outer cover/lens?

Piece of cake. Just remove the license tag and reach up inside with a 1/4in. drive 7mm socket I believe. Two screws and a twist of the lamp socket and it's out.

I think you may be right about the front light. I I think recall some discussion in prior posts. Might check a search.

That must be a weak spot. That's exactly the same location and shape of the crack in my lens too.

It really is amazing the info you can get here!
