Throttle Body Booster??

I have a mint 91 coupe 6 speed with 26,000 miles. Everything is original and untouched. Has anyone tried the Throttle Body Booster that Mid America advertises as gaining 12 hp? It sounds suspect to me. It appears to be a simple install to gain a few HP.

its BS, dont waste your money

if i remember correctly, this is the plate that goes between the TB and the plenum, it will probably give you 1lbft of torque and -1hp.
Spacers work on carbs, not for us, and definitely not on an L98

Thanks for the info. 12 HP gain sounded kind of unrealistic.
