I noticed this last weekend that the BF Goodrich tires that came on my '95 are marked with 44 PSI on the tire itself, however, the inside of the door and the manual talk about 35 PSI.

I'm getting conflicting advice from non-Corvette owners so I wanted to hear it from the pro's.

Do I go with the manufacturer's markings or Chevrolet?

BTW - This is my daily driver and I never race it, etc.

Thanks!

What's listed on the sidewall is typically the MAX pressure. Run with the recommended pressure in the manual and door which is 30psi. The manual recommends 35psi for competative driving or high-speed driving.

I keep my SZ50's at 32 PSI. Why 32? I don't know, it's just always been that way!:L:L:L

BTW, the treadwear and low noise are excellent on SZ50's. I just had to plug them!:L
