Tire Presure Sensor Install

Can someone recommend a shop / dealership in the southern California area that is set-up to install the sensors and activate my DIC for the tire presure system?

I dont know of anyone to install them.

But I am interested in the actual sensors and where you bought them. Are they from GM, etc?

I have a friend looking for tire sensors for his RV and told him I would look for info on the Corvette sensors.

Can you help?

The new Vette Magazine has an excellent article on the wheel sensors, along with a brake upgrade and wheels/tires of course. It's editor Bob Wallace's C5.

Any GM dealer can do it for you. Expect to pay top dollar, if you let the dealer do all the work.

I bought the Sensor from a discount dealer, and had Les Schwab install them and balance my tires. Then took it to the local dealer to have them activate the sensors. Dealer charged me for this 5 minute service.
