my driver's side rear tire sticks out about an inch farther than the passenger rear tire. And when i was driving today i moved the mirror down so i could see the tire while i was driving on the road and i noticed it seems to wobble a little bit. why is my tire sticking out

Dave,
Not too sure about the 75 but on my 68 it does the same thing.
If I pull my door sills off there are holes that look down on the frame. The hole in the body and the hole in the frame should line up. Mine doesn't so the body needs to be moved. That may be what you have. Check it out and let me know.

Well this might seem obvious but have you checked that the wheel is bolted on correctly?

Just looked at mine and my passenger side sticks out futher then the drivers side, so it sounds like a body thing?

This problem perplexed me for months til I read the assembly manual and found out that the holes need to line up under the door sills, big pain in the butt to loosen up the body and move it over.........let me know if yo have the alignment holes and good luck.

I went and checked out the alignment and that seems to be the problem. I guess one weekend ill try to take off those body mounts and replace those bushings while im at it. im wondering how hard it is to shift back over. hope i dont crack any fiber glass
im missing a bolt on the tire that wobbles, so that might be the reason
