Tires swapped.. Pressure sensors?

I swapped my front tires side to side to aid in diagnosing an alignment problem.
What happens with the pressure sensors? Do they just pick up the signal from the wheel that's there, or will I show right pressure on my left tire unless I reprogram the sensors?

If its on your C5 the tires are directional and you will need to switch them back.

I'm running Kuhmo ASX's, which aren't directional.
I have no problem swapping them back, but it solved a pull that I had from tread wear that dissappeared after a second alignment today. I'm just curious about the sensors, and too lazy to go out in the rain to try them.

They will show opposite side pressures. That's why you have to be careful when tires are changed. The tire changer can get the left and right side wheels backwards. Your pressures could all be showing 30, but the wrong side listed on the dic.

You'll need to reprogram them.

or just remember that they're reversed.......then again, winter is long and reprogramming is a leisure activity!
