i have the goodyear f1's on my car and am in need of new fronts, the rears are fine, i would like to go with the d3's on the front but am not sure of running different fronts from rears, anyone have any advice for a new owner who needs all the help he can get? i love this car!!!

What Year is it !! Diff. size can throw off speed sencer's if a drastick Deff. in diam.!! Tripp ABS Lite!! Make Trac-Controle do weard thing's!! junk!!

junk, 2000 convertible, stock f1s on the rear, would like to pur stock d3s on the front, will it matter to have different fronts and rears? just hear bad things about the f1s but the rears are almost like new. i hear the d3s are much quieter and will last a lot longer.

As long as there the same size it shouldn't matter!! junk!!

D3's are not run flats - are your current F1 the original run flats?

The handling may change some - off center feel will probably be different.

The F1 EMT's get noisy and hard as they age. New tires will always be quieter even with the same tire. Hardness depends on the new tire.

thanks tuna, i think i'm going with the avon tech m 500's they are less expensive than the gy's and get great reviews on the tire rack website, much quieter than most of the others.
