Let me start off by saying, I like working on my cars but I could not
pass this up! Last November I dropped off the Vette at a local
trade school. They provide the labor while you provide the parts.
A buddy of mine (corvette guy) is the lead instructor of the school.
So under his supervision, two students did the following work:

1. Replaced all rubber bushings.
2. Installed all shocks and a mono spring.
3. Installed a new clutch.
4. Replaced oil pan.
5. Replaced heater core.
6. Installed 4 new rotors, pads and brake lines.
7. Replaced P.S. cylinder and hoses.
8. Installed new radiator.
9. Replaced spark plugs.
10. Replaced heater/air console.
11. Installed Hooker Headers and side pipes (Jet Hot coated).
12. Changed trans. and rear end oil.
13. Parking brakes and cables.

The car was at the school for 4 months. The only problem they ran
into was the placement of the O2 bung in the header. I had to send
it back to Jet Hot and they took care of it. The car runs and sounds
great! The headers/side pipes have made a huge difference. The only
mod. to my engine was the cam and rockers that I put in last winter.

My buddy told me they had over 100 hours of labor in it. The job that
they hated was the heater core.
