Im currently driving my dad's '90 L98 and i would like to know what are the best/top projects for any increase in performance. It has an auto tranny and I'm pretty sure that the engine is nearly stock. Any help would be great.

To start out with, the L98 motor has a restrictive exhaust and intake.
On the exhaust side at the very least a cat-back system will help. Even better would be a set of long tube headers with a true dual exhaust.
On the intake side a cut air lid and K&N filter or equivilent wouldn't hurt. Since you're in the city of Lost Wages, a throttle body coolant bypass would be a good idea too.
After that. you're looking at getting into the motor, like a set of 1:6 roller rockers or even a rear gear change.
Also, don't overlook the basics. Make sure it's got a fresh tune. Plugs, wires, dist. cap and rotor.
