Torque spec and Plug wire questions

What is the torque spec for wheel lug nuts? Also, I'm looking for a good set of direct replacement plug wires. Any suggestions or references.

Pretty sure the wheel lugs need to be 100 ft/lbs. Prabably best to reach that torque in one or two increments if you really have some time to kill.
